By accessing and using SupportPlugin services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
SupportPlugin provides an AI agent platform for customer communication via text and voice chat. The service includes:
- Customizable AI agent for customer support
- Real-time text and voice chat
- Dashboard for conversation management
- Lead collection and management
- Analytics and reporting
3. Conversation Recording
Important: All conversations conducted through the SupportPlugin AI agent are recorded and stored for the purpose of:
- Providing the requested service
- Improving response quality
- Enabling follow-up contact regarding the inquiry
- Resuming conversations in case of interruption
- Complying with legal obligations
By using the chat widget, users confirm they have been informed and agree to conversation recording.
4. User Account
To use our services as an administrator, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
- All activities that occur in your account
- Immediate notification of any unauthorized use
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for:
- Illegal or fraudulent activities
- Harassment or abusive behavior
- Transmitting harmful content or malware
- Infringing intellectual property rights
- Unauthorized collection of personal data
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights to the SupportPlugin platform, including software, design, and content, belong to SupportPlugin. You have the right to use the service according to these terms, but do not obtain any ownership rights to the platform.
7. Payments and Billing
Prices and payment terms are established individually for each client. By accepting a commercial offer, you agree to make payments according to agreed terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
SupportPlugin will not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or data
- Service interruptions due to technical reasons
- Actions of third parties or users
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain the service available 24/7, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform planned or unplanned maintenance that may temporarily affect access.
10. Terms Modification
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
11. Service Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service in case of violation of these terms or for other legitimate reasons, with prior notice when possible.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved by competent courts in Romania.
